Operation Agent

Seeking an Operations Specialist with 1–2 years of experience to manage daily workflows, coordinate across departments, monitor KPIs, and support process improvements. The role includes ensuring compliance, resolving operational issues, maintaining documentation, and assisting in staff onboarding. Strong communication, time management, and Microsoft Office skills are required.

Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day operational activities to ensure smooth workflow and timely task completion.Coordinate with internal departments (Finance, HR, Sales, Technical, etc.) to ensure seamless communication and process alignment.Monitor operational KPIs and prepare periodic reports for management review.Support the development and implementation of standard operating procedures (SOPs).Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to enhance productivity and service quality.Handle operational issues promptly and escalate when necessary.Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.Assist in onboarding and training new operations staff.Maintain accurate documentation and records of all operational activities.

Job requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in the same field.
  • Good command of English.
  • Proficient in Excel and Word.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
